I returned a pack of car headlamp bulbs with the receipt that it were
obviously faulty without opening the blister pack,and was told to find another one.....but it was the last one so when i said this to the assistant she said "NO REFUNDS ALLOWED SO PICK SOMETHING TO REPLACE IT"...i said i didnt want anything else, but in front of other customers she said it was company policy,so i had no choice...I complained again and a young man eventually appeared and gave me my pound back...what company argues over a pound...SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...
