Absolutely excellent. I ordered a little ceramic pot, which arrived super quickly. Unfortunately one handle had broken (I think more protective packaging would have been wise), so I fired off a quick e-mail. Within 48 hours a replacement was with me, without any fuss or hassle. Really impressive, I was surprised and thrilled when I opened the package and saw my pot. Thankyou 4yourkitchen, it made my day.
