I bought some Canon compatible cartridges from Maxram recently. The price was extremely competitive, to say the least, so I was a bit concerned about whether or not they would be OK. Anyway, they arrived very quickly, and so far I have only had need to change the bigger black cartridge, but that works fine and - being chipped - its ink level shows up when printing. Overall, an excellent start for me with this company.
As I say above, I most certainly could not fault any aspect of the range, price or delivery, but there were a couple of issues with the web site. One was that I initially could not pay for the items, as the site returned an error condition. I emailed customer service and received a quick reply, and the problem was no longer there next time I went on the site. The second, more important, point is that, after registering, the company sent me an email giving my details - including password - in clear. This is very insecure, so I emailed the company about it - but so far no response.
