Excellent supplier and service
Despite really bad weather my dog's food got through and at the "January Sale" price too. By return emails when I sent a query. All in all a very good supplier who stocks Pero Dog Food and give excellent service , I will continue to use them and would recommend them to anyone.

Couldn't be more helpful and friendly
We somehow managed to lose our puppy during the transfer from the Manchester flight to the Kirkwall flight at Aberdeen. This was due to Servisair being completely useless and Flybe staff came to our rescue found the dog immediately and one of the desk staff drove me to the warehouse in her own time to fetch my puppy.
Absolutely wonderful staff at Aberdeen. Would recommend them to anyone.

If only they could deliver what they promise
They took an age to install the phone line,and took four visits on separate days via a ferry to our island to do parts of the work that could have been completed in one single trip. the Indian help desk is useless as they are unintelligible and are not empowered to do anything. broadband speeds are a joke. would not recommend them to my worst enemy

My order was despatched on the next day , was well packed and exactly as described. The items were considerably cheaper than local suppliers.
