quick and simple booking system - as it should be

Not complicated, simple menu, great layout and step by step approach.

disapointed

previously been very happy with service. This time however, first the online order would not process. Then it gave up the incorrect invoice address (not sure where from ?) Then I get a call 4 hrs later saying the stock was not available it would be a week.
Bit of a disaster as I had planned my job so that I would not have to order and store parts ahead of needing them. Now it will be late to the client.
The customer services lady very nice and clear - but it didn't change the outcome.

Thank you for your feedback and for discussing this with me today.
We have already looked into the problem on the website and this has now been resolved.
I do apologise that your items were not in stock, with deliveries every day of our 13000 products it is rare that this happens. We will advise you as soon as we are able to despatch your order and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
