previously been very happy with service. This time however, first the online order would not process. Then it gave up the incorrect invoice address (not sure where from ?) Then I get a call 4 hrs later saying the stock was not available it would be a week.
Bit of a disaster as I had planned my job so that I would not have to order and store parts ahead of needing them. Now it will be late to the client.
The customer services lady very nice and clear - but it didn't change the outcome.
