Ordered product day before bank holiday weekend it arrived one week later. I thought that was too long and was frustrated at the delay watching my chickens suffer while I awaited the treatment.
previously been very happy with service. This time however, first the online order would not process. Then it gave up the incorrect invoice address (not sure where from ?) Then I get a call 4 hrs later saying the stock was not available it would be a week.
Bit of a disaster as I had planned my job so that I would not have to order and store parts ahead of needing them. Now it will be late to the client.
The customer services lady very nice and clear - but it didn't change the outcome.
