Reserved a product, went to collect, they had sold product! Gave me the display model, I took it home and could not get some of the features to work. Messed around for ages updating software, turns out they gave me the wrong model. Took it back for a replacement or if they could source on from another store I was told none left in the country. Did internet search and found stock. Contacted customer services and was told they could not send one to my local store or home deliver. Asked to reserve for a couple of days until I was in that area and was told they could not get in touch with THEIR OWN STORES!!!
POOR store service, poor customer service, very poor company. Not willing to put the customer first.
I ordered 2 bundles, they came in the same box but with one item missing. I phoned My protein and after waiting on the phone for quite a long time I got through to an operator. The matter was resolved. Also my package contained a tub of pills which had no label on. By process of elimination I worked out that these must be the daily vitamins from one of the bundles. I was just about to take one when I noticed the batch number on the lid did not correspond with the batch number on the receipt. I'll probably just chuck them away rather than hang on the phone for another 20mins. Disappointing.
