I have stuck with first utility now into my third year it has been an experience. The first year I did not pay my gas for 11 months till they got the software right.18 months into my supply got a knock at the door man arrived to fit smart meters.First Utility paid me £20 per annum for reading my own meters. For the last 6 months everthing has been running smoothly and it has been an eye opener to view what I am spending on fuel every half hour of each day. The software is not completely fixed I am still waiting on my £100 loyalty bonus to be credited to my account.
