Excellent service, as always!

We have used Hotel Direct on several occasions and have always found their service to excellent. They always have very good deals and their hidden gems are brilliant.

We are hard to please - but we were delighted!

We have very high standards and have been disappointed by other companies however our faith has been restored as a result of BetterBathrooms. Customer service was excellent, despite us changing our order several times in an afternoon! Every time we rang, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Delivery was swift and on time and the products are of excellent quality. We WILL be using them for our en-suite!
