I know that it is not really an excuse but this last week has been incredibly busy for City Link and so the problems you faced are far from normal. Normally, they do a fantastic job but as with all companies they do sometimes get things wrong - especially when under the pressure of a double bank holiday weekend. It is a great shame that although you have ordered from us 7 times previously and not had a problem before that one mistake by City Link should ruin the good reputation we had with you.
