Jeg bestilte tirsdag aften og modtog varerne torsdag formiddag. Sparede mange penge på solcremer, og portoen var kun på 4 euro til Danmark når man bestilte for mindst 40 euro (ca 300 kr) - det er billigere end at bestille på danske hjemmesider.
I searched for a specific hair-product on google, and was lead to www.haarplege-artikeln.de. I ordered what I needed, and sent off the order electronically. Immediately afterwords I came by their home-page, and saw that they had an offer of "5 euros discount when you order exceeds 40 euro". I decided to add a few more articles to my order, inorder to get the discount. I could not add items to my order, so I made a second order, and very clearly stated in the "commentary"-box, that I wanted it shipped with my other order, placed about half an hour earlier. i paid for both orders, including twice postage, by Pay-Pal, expecting to get the extra postage refunded once they had merged the two orders. When I received my receipt in my in-box, I saw that my comment was no-where to be seen. I immediately wrote an e-mail, re-explaining the matter, and saying, that if I could not get the two orders shipped together, I wanted them to contact me before sending any of them. i got an auto-reply, and then heard nothing. 2 days later I wrote them again, and again another 6 days later (10 days after I made my order. I finally got an answer from them, saying that the two orders would be shipped together, and that i only had to pay once the postage. However, the payment had already taken place, and they could not refund me the 5 euro discount, but I would get a 5 euro voucher for my next buy with them. I wrote that I was not interested in a voucher, and that I know for sure you can pay back money that has been paid by Paypal, so when they refundend me the postage, they might as well refund me the 5 euros at the same time. I have had absolutely no answer to that. I have received my goods (14 days after ordering them - the home page said 4-6 days) but there was no voucher in it. I have now paid twice the postage for one parcel and I have not gotten my 5 euro discount. All in all, I have paid 12 % more for my goods than I agreed to, and that is in my opinion borderline to pure and clean thievery. I will NEVER recommend ANYBODY to use this company. If I could I would give them 0 stars, but unfortumately I have to give them at least 1 to be able to make the review.
Jeg var fint tilfreds med min bestilling hos Billigvoks.dk, leveringen var hurtig og der var ingen fejl i ordren selvom jeg bestilte en del forskelligt. Eneste minus var, at beskrivelsen af en af de dele jeg købte var misvisende (en softstyler til min hårtørrer var mindre end der stod og passede derfor ikke), så jeg endte med at være nødt til at returnere den, hvilket jo kostede returfragt :o(
