I ordered a side and sliding door panel shower enclosure. I paid for next day delivery. The items duly arrived very late the next day, but the shower door package had been smashed on the delivery wagon. I rang to see if a replacement part could be sent, only to find out that they would not have that part back in stock until April, four months away. After much toing and froing between sales teams, warehouse and customer services, they offered to send me photos of one that would fit the bill but was not yet on the web site. The photos did not arrive the next day as promised, so I chased and was told the warehouse could not take them but as I had already paid for my builder to stay in the area a further night I agreed to take delivery of the new one with out sight on the understanding that if it was not to my liking I could send it back. This I was told would have to be at my own cost. I was told it would be with me next day but at no extra cost. When it did not arrive by 4pm the next day I chased up the delivery. I was told it was to be delivered so as the previous one had been delivered very late, I agreed to pay for yet another days B&B for my builder so that he could fit it on the Saturday morning. It did not arrive that night. The following day it still had not arrived by mid afternoon and I chased again and was told this time that it would not be delivered on the Saturday but the following Tuesday. That being 5 days after it was ordered. The customer service team were unable to help me further or offer my any explanation and I simply had to wait. It arrived on the Monday having been confirmed as ordered on the Thursday night. I am apparently going to get a refund of the difference in price as the second one was cheaper. However, I have not even been offered anything in the way of recompense for the hassle and phone calls, nor the extra cost of keeping that rare thing a trusted builder on site for a further two days. whilst I understand that they have no control over the delivery firm that caused all this to occur they should still have recompense and be able to reimburse delivery charges, etc. Buyer beware leave your self plenty of time to get what your after. The shower will look great once I have worked out how to fit it. the instructions leave a good deal to be desired.
Great service and lovely product, however I was expecting a nice printed card having type in the message and received a card that I have to write my self. What was the point of typing in the message? Would still recommend this company just take of the box for messages on the web site.
