I signed up for the Amazon Prime Service because of the next day delivery guarantee.
A few Deliveries have arrived as promised this year but two this past 2 weeks have not arrived on time. I waited over a week then cancelled the order.
It seems that Amazon use HDNL (Yodel) for their next day shipments. Online tracking is hopeless and when Amazon asked HDNL where the deliveries were they were told nobody was in (even though we were!).
It now discover that I am far from alone in receiving poor service and the researching the web it seems that Amazon customers have been suffering for over 2 years!
While Amazon continue to use HDNL I shall not be using Amazon.
I also sell my products on Amazon but could not use Amazon to fulfill my orders whilst this situation continues. I do value my businesses reputation.
