Never again

Ordered goods just before Easter and paid for next day delivey. Was waiting at home for a courier to turn up, but got an email saying that they could not deliver a box, as there was no one present at the given address. They have attempted to deliver the package three times over two weeks time of course without success, suprisingly not even leaving a calling card behind. I had to drive 25 miles to collect the package myself. What I found in the depo was shocking, very rude staff and package looked like someone was playing football with it. I was not allowed to open it to examine the content, but given a choice of accepting or sending it back to its orgin. It all could have been finished with a smile. I hope someone will deal with staff attitude and how they treat people who pay their salaries after all.
