I have now resorted to contact via this review system as they answer negative feedback but not customer care telephone or email ? ! I was sent wrong item, i returned it immedietley , my tracking info shows they signed for it on 12 11 2012 . Since then i have had no contact just dodgy automated resposes . Nearly a month has passed and i don't have correct order or my money back , the only people who answer the phones is sales ( Suprise suprise ) They cannot , will not help . I WANT A REFUND NOW , I WANT TO BE REFUNDED ALSO MY £6.35 that it cost me to return the incorrect item you sent me . Please contact me now on email@example.com . Negative feedbck seems the only way to communicate .
