Great Product Selection
Bought a bike from them after taking advice from a staff member and was so glad I did the bike is brilliant. The only reason for 4*'s is that I took my bike in for service and they did an average job, although I expected a little more. Brakes had been bled although there was still air in the system which is a little sloppy and there was brake rub. Mainly minor things which was a little disappointing for a main bike shop. As far as the shop/web/mail order is concerned its great, and their VIP membership is well worth looking at.

Great selection of products at great prices, also some brilliant offers to be had. Have bought from the shop in Keswick and also their online store, no problems with either, knowledgeable staff and the website is full of useful information and links.

Fantastic, Speedy Service!
Its not often you can get quality and quantity/speed, although the guys & girls at scan.co.uk did a brilliant job, turned up with a list of items on Easter Saturday and was half expecting for items to be out of stock or take about 30mins for my order to be ready, this was NOT the case. Staff were quickly taking orders and gathering them for collection. Within 10 minutes of ordering all of my items were ready for collection. No fuss, a quick check and signature and I was away. Brilliant service, no complaints at all, definitely 5*'s! Thanks!
