After shopping for a hydronic towel warmer, we found just what we wanted from Hudson Reed. After ordering it, and it not showing up, I emailed customer service who tracked down that the item was lost in transit and they sent another one. This one made it. Unfortunately it wasn't for open loop. Again, I emailed customer service and they arranged a pick up and a refund. While this wasn't a "happy ever after" story, the ending is really good. The team at Hudson Reed made what could have been a nightmare a good buying experience.
