First, they asked me to give the review on Trust Pilot before I got the product as I've been waiting for 2 weeks. After 1st week I contacted them to let me know where's delivery and they asked me to confirm the address. After that they were ignoring my emails. After 2 weeks I tried again and they asked to... confirm the address again! :/
It looks like their system changes address by itself as it was containing words which I didn't input. Finally I got hex keys in 2 days after giving address again.
After very bad experience with simplyelectronics.co.uk (they sent me Nokia 700 with hong kongian applications and software, uk power plug addapter which didn't work and box was unsealed) I was a little bit worried to buy Samsung Galaxy s3 mini from handtec.co.uk when I saw this phone for about £100 less then anywhere else (brown version was more expensive). I also read all those bad comments about delivery times. But at the end I decided to take a risk.
At the end almost everything was perfect:
#delivery took one day only
#box sealed with original Samsung stickers
#package sealed like a bomb ;)
It looks like they have similar policy to simplyelectronics as inside the box everything looked like prepared for Romanian market (manual only Romanian and usb charger with euro plug). What is good, Samsung preinstalls all worldwide languages to their phones so I don't have to use Asian apps;) Handtec attached usb adapter for uk socket so everything is brilliant now and I'm happy to have unusual colour Samsung.
AT the end I would suggest handtec to everybody who wants to buy Samsung here and surely will check this site again before I buy any electronics in a future.
I've just bought Nokia 700. It has got preinstalled Chinese applications, box has got Chinese letters. Most of manual is also foreign. When you come back to factory settings you can only choose chinese or english...
Delivery about 10 days...
The only good thing is low price.
I would like to highlight that nothing was written on page that it't imported product from China...
