Seriously impressed with appliances online. I ordered a fridge after my old one died, selected the day I wanted it delivered and paid a very reasonable price for the one I wanted. The info on the site was excellent and answered all questions I had without me needing to ring, email or do any additional research.
I stupidly paid for installation of the fridge and this literally consisted of the delivery men plugging it in! I dropped AO an email saying I was miffed that I'd paid a tenner for someone just to plug in a fridge and they issued me a refund within hours of me sending them an email. I thought this was excellent!
Then just to top it of 2 days later I received a printed letter HAND SIGNED by their customer service manager apologising that I wasn't 100% satisfied and how sorry they were! I wasn't expecting this at all, and I was more than happy with just a refund so to go this extra mile is just incredible.
More companies should follow their lead - amazing all round company!

I'm really happy with EDF so far after terrible experiences with E.on. Customer service has been good, although they lose a star for long wait times.
Currently on prepayment meter but they are changing them to direct debit meters in the next couple of weeks free of charge!! Not used the online system to give meter readings etc. but will update review when I do.
Additional 24/09/12:
EDF now deserve 5 starts - their customer service has renewed my faith that customer service still exists in some companies. They respond to emails, they call back when they say they will, and will go out of their way to keep you a happy customer! To avoid long wait times just drop them an email and they will call you back, or email you the information you need.
Really really impressed! Oh, their prices are really good too!
It's good to know that there are still sites that provide excellent service at excellent prices.
Ordered a new buggy late on Sunday for £78.99 (best price for that make & model). Had order confirmation and dispatch confirmation by mid Monday morning, received a text Tuesday morning confirming delivery slot of 9.15 - 10.15 and item was received on time!
I cannot fault this site at all - keep up the good work!!
So far so good with iPage. The prices are reasonable and the system is fairly easy to use.
So far I've found their customer services team really helpful to which is always a good sign.

I ordered a refurbished PS3 from consolemasterltd.co.uk (part of Bitboxshop). The price was very good and the website look legit. Delivery was free and was meant to be within 3 - 5 days.
On day 4 I emailed them asking for a tracking number for my parcel but I never received a reply so I tried to call them. The phone number on the site was dead so at this point I started to get a concerned so I contacted PayPal and raised a dispute.
After 2 days PayPal contacted me to say that they had received a tracking code for the parcel which had only been registered that day, however 2 days later I am still waiting for the parcel to turn up and the tracking number hasn't been updated to dispatched and I can't contact the delivery company!
I've still had no direct contact from this company and if my parcel ever arrives I'll be amazed! Their website was temporarily shut down by their host (EKM Powershop) stating they were investigating the website so I'm guessing I'm not the only person having problems!

Good site for finding phone contracts, but needs some more flexible options such as selecting a make rather than specific model. Also needs to add mobile internet options to searches.

I've never had any major problems with Snapfish - would use them again. Had one duff photo from them which got replaced very quickly.
As above - found a lot of the DVD's (in fairness some obscure ones) were never available, or had long waiting times. Expensive for what it is - I prefer just buying the DVDs, at least you can re-watch them whenever you want!!
I've got insurance, a credit card and a loan through Tesco and *touch wood* I've had no problems with them.
Good rates on both the loan and the card plus points to.
Someone has made a good point - their actual insurance policy is pretty rubbish when you read it, but hopefully I'll not need to use it!

Fantastic value for money. I used them to replicate an old Blur t-shirt no longer in production for my girlfriend and when it arrived it could have been the official one.

If you're a student get an NUS card. It's £11.99 for the year, but mine paid for itself within 2 weeks of getting it.
You can even get these as a part time student - I study at the Open University but still have one of these!
Firstly E.on aren't that cheap, especially when they undercharge you for a year despite repeated phone calls telling them they're not taking enough money and then they write to you asking for all the money to be paid upfront. Given that we couldn't afford to repay all of this in one go they stuck us on a prepayment meter, and now won't let us change back without paying a £200. We also can't move suppliers to a cheaper tariff with this meter!
Customer service is rubbish - they don't answer emails as promised with 5 working days, and then when you email their complaint address they send you an automatic email saying
"he email you've attempted to send has not been delivered.

E.on even had the cheek to call me nearly two weeks after I had started the cancellation process to ask me why I was leaving (they obviously don't keep notes about customer calls) and to tell me that they could have actually changed my meters but didn't know why I wasn't told that at the time!! Totally incompetent company!

I can't recommend Jilly at digital touch enough.
I had an old family photo that I wanted restoring for my Dad's 60th and Jilly managed to produce a fantastic quality picture for me!

I've been with Santander for around 4 years now, and I've not really had any problems with them. I left Barclay's after a series of customer service muck ups and moved to Santander (then Abbey) as they offered a 0% overdraft.
I've now got two savings accounts with them with I can access through my online banking - their online banking system is really easy to use as well.
They loose one star for the new daily overdraft charges, but it seems all the other big players do them same thing so can't complain too much!
If you're looking for quality clothes for children then Next is definitely the place to go. The prices are good value considering how long the clothes tend to last for, and you can usually flog them on for a decent price once your children have finished with them.
I always find the mens wear section a bit limited though so they lose one star for that! And the home stuff is very expensive
Easy website to use to compare your shopping bill with other supermarkets. Allows you to make savings on items you buy regularly, plus their newsletter has some good offers in it!

Never had any problems receiving goods, but I've always found them expensive for sending compare to other sites that have better reviews!
They're good, but they're pricey. I only use them for treats and special occasions.
Also tend to find a lot of items out of stock
First the website is terrible, and they don't mention the charges you'll actually have to pay for on top of the prices they charge.
After paying £400+ for a full service plus 2 news tyres the breaks on my car failed 3 days later as they overheated. Kwik-fit stated that this couldn't have been spotted or prevented and charged me another £200 to fix the damage!
Lesson learnt - never ever again!

Great site and great idea - I've used them loads both to get rid of unwanted items and to acquire others.
Looses one star for not kicking off time wasters who don't turn up to collect products and then never show up! It's just plain rude!
Great garage - really professional and helpful! They helped me out massively after Kwikfit "killed" my car during a routine service.
