good customer service, although could do with more staff maning calls as had to call a few times
My initial post was a good onoe but over time, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
They implied that their products would NEVER be faulty and there was no possibility that the items they send out would be off.
We all know nothing is 100% perfect, especially in a manufacturing environment.
To not investigate, but to turn it round on the customer is very very poor.
I have come to realise you get what you pay for, and sometimes you don't even get that! long delays to delivery as well.
