I had used Cannock Gates many years ago and was very pleased with service so did not hesitate to contact them again when I decided to move my existing gates.
Delivery service threw my posts onto a neighbours front garden and didn't bother to get anyone to sign for them (at which point they would have realised their mistake). I had to get helpful neighbour to cart the very heavy posts up the lane to my property.
Posts also came without all necessary fixtures I needed to complete the job despite me ringing their helpline prior to ordering and explaining in depth about what I was planning on doing.
When I rang to complain their customer service is appalling, pretty much calling me a liar and then offering a pittance of a "goodwill" gesture despite them cocking up everything from advice to delivery. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE ANY CUSTOMERS, AVOID UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE INSULTED BY THEIR APPALLING AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS SERVICE.
Update : I even had to chase the "goodwill" payment that Cannock Gates offered. Another blinding lack of customer care.
Had a problem with website and processing an order. Customer Services are patronising and they clearly have no idea of what and how their own website works. Debenhams should be ashamed of their poor Customer Services.

Have ordered from this company before and have had no reason to complain but this year bought some pepper seeds and only 2 germinated. Asked for a refund and received a very patronising email and said my account would be credited. But if I wish to use the credit I would have to pay more postage costs - totally unfair. Emailed again and asked for a refund, they are sending me a cheque for £1.69 ! Won't use them again and expect that the cost of raising and posting my cheque will add up to more that the actual packet of seeds. A "sorry" and "can we replace the seeds with another variety" would have satisfied me and kept me as a customer. Tight wads !
Good website and excellent prices during recent sale. Items delivered promptly and guys were very helpful and polite. Had a few problems regarding the packing of one of the items which had then in turn smashed other fittings which we had to replace. After fitting had another problem with a drawer runner. Debbie at customer services extremely helpful and apologetic. She sorted out the problem quickly and efficiently.
Placed my order for a basic small shed and expected "free and FAST delivery" (as stated on their website). Money taken immediately from my credit card. 23 days later my shed is only now due to be delivered. The delay in delivery was a great inconvenience to myself so I attempted to cancel the order. Was told that I would only receive 75% refund because all Tiger sheds are "made to the customer's order" Also if the shed arrived and I was not happy with it again only 75% would be refunded. Tiger sheds are obviously very proud they make all their sheds to the customers order but please be aware that they are AVOIDING THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS by doing so. I prefer to deal with a company who is prepared to be up front and offer 100% refunds if there is a genuine problem with their service rather than hide behind small print.
