Ordered the bed which we were told would be a couple of weeks away which was perfect as would allow us to decorate. Three days later took a call from delivery agent to deliver the bed that afternoon. Advised couldn't accept it as had nowhere to store it and that we were told end of the month for delivery. eventually they agreed to store it at warehouse and we could have it delivered at a time to suit us. Two days later rang them to arrange delivery only to be told we would have to wait 6 weeks as the bed was no longer available??? Cutting a long story short, had to cancel the bed but was totally messed about in the meantime by the manager of the store and customer services.... would not recommend.
Ordered a single bed, very prompt delivery. Upon putting up the bed I noticed a couple of small dents in the metal headboard. I called mattressman who immediately apologised and arranged to send out a replacement which again was delivered exactly as promised. Couldn't have asked for better service at a very good price. My daughter also loved the bed and found it to be very comfortable.
