I found the service from Bradford themselves to be excellent. They dealt with an accidental double payment (user error!) and a missing part professionally and efficiently.
The only thing that let them down was the courier service. I had been given a likely delivery date of Thursday, which did not materialise, and then rang Friday to ask for a likely delivery. The courier company rang Friday to say they would deliver between 6-9pm on Saturday, and at 9.40pm I had a call saying he was running late and he could deliver at 10.30pm if I wanted, to which I said yes. At 10.10pm he rang again and mumbled something I did not hear, but that he could not not deliver then, but could 8am Sunday. I said OK, and he actually arrived 7.30am Sunday. So, you could say beyond the call of duty, but at the same time the whole experience was a bit shambolic.
