I chose CVP partly on the strength of the excellent reviews. Alas, up to now my experience has not fulfilled my expectations.
On March 26th I placed an order online and received an automated confirmation promising an estimated 2-3 days. So far so good.
On the 27th, an email from [name], Web Support: "I will now contact our supplier and find out the delivery lead time on your order and email you shortly with the details." Although this rather contradicted the initial 2-3 days projection, I was not unduly concerned when several more days passed with no product and no communication.
On April 4th I emailed [name] to check on my order, and received this brief reply: "I have passed your order onto my colleague in sales to advise on this, please could you confirm that they have contacted you?" Perhaps I was foolish to wait for the promised contact before confirming, as I heard nothing...
On April 12th I finally telephoned and spoke with [name], who informed me that she was "no longer handling" my order, and put me on hold while transferring my call. After a longish wait she came back on the line to tell me that the person I needed to speak to was "still on the phone" and would call me back. I am still waiting...
