Fantastic Fit - Great Quality
Great product that fits perfectly, the bumper flap was well worth the extra cost as the dog now can't scratch the back bumper jumping in and out. Manufacture was also surprisingly fast considering it was our chosen colour and a relatively recent design. The whole experience was tainted by poor service from FedEx who took 48 hrs to do next day delivery - we tracked package, but it wasn't delivered on the 1st day it went on the van, on day 2 we found it lying next to the front door, the bell wasn't rung and we didn't sign for it !!! Full marks hatchbag - "nil point" FedEx.

Apart from the one liner above , the ability to track the package meant no time was wasted waiting "just in case" we weren't there to receive it.

I am really sorry that FedEx let you down on delivery - we have used FedEx for a long time and normally get exceptional service - every now and again they are let down by a driver - in a similar way that you have been. Shipping costs are becoming a serious cost issue - we know that FedEx are certainly NOT the cheapest and they have let us down this time. I do apologise for their poor service...
