First-class service

I've been mulling buying an Aeron for a while, and found Wellworking via a web search. Its 'Fast Aeron' service looked good, as did the price, but I was unsure about the delivery options.

My initial email to the company was answered within 20 minutes, with an offer of 'installation' which was due to be expanded to where I live a few weeks later, although wasn't then available. One purchase later and I got another email, followed by calls to book in an appointment. Staff were all courteous and friendly.

The installation happened within the allotted hour, and the person who showed up was again courteous and friendly, and patiently showed me the best way to set up the chair for my working environment.

Overall: excellent service.
