It should be big fat zero stars

I ordered a DVD with Amazon Prime with a 1 day guaranteed delivery. I didn't get the parcel but on their tracking system the package is marked as delivered?!?!? Where? Because it wasn't delivered to me. Amazon WHY OH WHY YOU HAVE TO USE THEM??? I have cancelled my Prime membership, what a load of rubbish.
