When I initially ordered my camera I was told 2-4 working days. It actually turned into 11 days before they finally dispatched it. It then developed a fault within 2 months. I have returned the camera to them for repair. The website states that the returns department will acknowledge receipt once they have your package. They don't. I had to chase them to find out they had received it but I did not even receive this confirmation until 21 days after I had returned the item following a second chase email. Apparently a technician is now going to look at it so God knows how long that's going to take them to put some batteries in and realise that it no longer switches on. I will NEVER buy from this cowboy outfit again and am seriously considering contacting Trading Standards. What a joke!!!
