Lots of misleading claims
Made the mistake of signing up with BT last year. Hopeless switchover from previous supplier. They got the Phone tariff wrong, the In-Vision box was crap but it took 6 months to replace, gave me an email address that didn't work. They never mentioned that in the ads.
Website promotes In-Vision but doesn't say that you have to pay for programs that, for instance, are free on 4OD.
Broadband signal good but regularly needs resetting.
Ryanair
It's just getting sillier and sillier
Flown with Ryanair many times over past 5 years but choosing a date to travel to get best economy has become stupid with frequent recertification with almost unreadable character graphics on the flight search pages. Coupled with the need to once again change the prefunded card (the third time in three years) to avoid the 'admin'/daylight robbery charges it's getting too tiresome. Back to using Easyjet now.
