I ordered my bean bag in November 2011 and I have been emailing them ever since like every one else no contact number as it just goes to a voice mail. I ordered this bean bag as I trust groupon and made several purchases with them, but now which I hadn't bothered with this company they seem to give the same excuse to every body. I feel we should all try go to the media about this as it is totally wrong what this company are doing keeping our money and not supplying the goods.
I feel so angry that they keep ignoring my emails.

Just so all of you know as I haven't yet received my Bean Bag I have now emailed watchdog and I urge you all to do the same that way our story might be heard publicly, which companies hate.
