Good customer service, always have reasonably priced clothes and good discount offers especially for students.
Although the range sometimes doesn't help a larger person on top and clothing can get too baggy making me look frumpy. However I have always bought shift dresses that I find very flattering and online help is also very useful
I booked a holiday to Paris over the New Year and was reassured before booking that it was in a lovely part of Paris, very central and connected to the public transport.
On arrival at the airport in Paris after a very stressful journey to Manchester Airport I'd finally relaxed and decided to take the RER overground train to the station closest to my hotel. After horrified looks at the airport when asking for directions and being told not to leave at night I was pointed in the direction of 2 trains before I get to the station and a bus. Having lots of luggage we set about our way, got to the right station and waited for the right bus. We were in a deserted part of the City with nobody to help and after 2 hours of waiting for a bus the trains had finished so we couldn't head back the way we came, no taxi's in sight or numbers to call. I had to hitch a ride from an on duty policeman!! The hotel was miles away facing a cemetery fancy that view on New Years and the hotel reception staff spoke not a word of English, to add fuel to fire they decided to tell us we hadn't been booked in the hotel. After another 40 mins delay he finally let us in checking several registers. I have been to Paris before many times this was the worst experience ever! if I stayed out past 11pm there was no way I could get back to the Hotel which was miles away from the City and the Airport! I will never ever book through Expedia again! especially after lying about where the hotel was located!!

I have always used dominoes for deliveries on a night in. This one instance I was sent the wrong Pizza (meat to a vegetarian) I was absolutely mortified. on calling back I was told I had to wait another 40 mins before another arrived or I could collect in 20 minutes. Either way the rest of the food, starters and sides would only go cold and this was not replaced, by the time the pizza arrived I wasn't happy it was almost an hour later. When I called to complain to the manager I was given a free dessert to make up for it! £30 meal wasted equivalent to a £2.50 dessert! Never been back since!
I have always used Amazon as a first point of call before ebay too.
I have always been very pleased with my purchases and had these delivered bang on time, I've never had to return anything as it's always very clear when I place my order and it matches the description on arrival.

I placed an order for almost £100 and contacted partyrama for reassurance it would be delivered before my awards event especially with a bank holiday weekend approaching.
I was given full reassurance that it would get to me a week before and I placed my order. I was then contacted by email to contact someone and confirm that my order was being delivered to a different address because I had made that request and it wasn't a fraudulent purchase, I was totally impressed at this. The person I spoke to Jamie then ensured that my parcel was sent out 3 days later which arrived promptly. Total life saver, (thanks Jamie). I am soo impressed I will definitely purchase from here again and again not just recommend it!! Everything was just right! Thank you x
