we purchased 2 leather sofas in dec 11 and they are truly magnificent the compay kept us up to date with the progress and delivery date even the transport company were first class.The only negative thing was that we were told via e mail that if we completed a online survey we would recieve a leather cleaning kit through the post sadly this never materialised but over all we would not let this detract from an otherwise excellent service

Regrettably we found it difficult to link the survey results to orders being dispatched and I can only apologise for missing this from your order. I will ensure a kit is posted next week.
