Wooden Blinds-direct

Blinds are fine, service and delivery are far from it

This was our first time ordering with wooden blinds direct and I have to say there is no way I would order from them again. They missed THREE delivery slots, didn't bother to tell me, just didn't turn up and left me waiting - having taken 2 days off work and cancelled plans on a weekend to wait in.

After numerous calls with customer service and getting no answers (they continuously promise calls and emails that don't happen) I eventually got through to Lee, who claims to be Head of customer service, he tried to help, and has offered a 25% refund for the terrible service and experience. I even have en email from lee stating "To say I am amazed, is not the word and extremely frustrated!!! All I can say is sorry, but even I think this is not good enough."

The rest of the customer service team are embarrassingly unhelpful, unresponsive and to be frank, useless. Lee was slightly better to start with, but even he has stopped responding now.

The pelmets were also the wrong size, I was told by customer service that all pelmets are now cut to a standard size (all 3 we ordered are different sizes by the way), I also know several people who have had their pelmets delivered correctly cut from these guys so it's clearly just another fob off from their customer service team.

I will say, having received the blinds, we are perfectly happy (bar the pelmets) if it wasn't for all of the issues and lack of resolution this review would be somewhat different.

All in all, a rather terrible experience. Avoid if possible.
