We have placed 2 orders with them recently for over £1000 of goods and the order has been easy to make and delivered exactly when they said they would... not really a lot else you would want. Great company to deal with.

Easy to use site, tickets brought in advance and a few online instant scratch cards played every so often.. easy. Great site to make my life easier. Just need to win the big one!
After being told by B&Q that the item i wanted would be 28 days until delivery i checked with Screwfix online and they had the same item cheaper and it arrived in 7 days... deal done. (and yes i know B&Q is the same company, something could be learned from this perhaps!!)
After spending ages looking online for a Samsung Smart TV i popped into the Cribs Causeway, Bristol, branch of John Lewis having visited their site as i wanted to see the product in the flesh. The staff were very helpful and they price matched the best deal i had found elsewhere..
The deal was done quickly and i left with the item in the car... top marks.
