I made a purchase from Amazon that was supplied by one of their suppler company's. The goods went faulty after 2 weeks and the manufacture (Netgear) advised me to return them to Amazon. Amazon advised it should be returned to their suppler. The suppler will not respond to emails which have to be sent via Amazon and Amazon will NOT give me their suppliers address. All in breach of UK law.
So I now only buy from Amazon if it is supplied by them and not by one of the 3rd party suppliers, who run and hide when things go wrong.
