Bought a Samsung Fridge Freezer and it failed in 2 weeks. They passed the buck over to Samsung who have proven to me have even worse customer service than electrocentreltd. They did not want to bring the item in the house and had a tantrum when my 8 month pregant wife begged them not to leave it on the doorstep. Still got a faulty fridge freezer in our back room waiting to be collected by shamsung (sorry I meant Samsung). We went to John Lewis in the end, bought a Bosch which the guys brought into the kitchen and cleared up all there mess. Yes we had to pay more but after the drama with these 2 companies it was worth it....Beware
