2 booked deliveries- neither turned up. Two days lost work as a result! Wickes customer service (John) in Worcester were really dismissive and called me rude for insisting that as they had my money (£2000+) in their till they should chase up the order with the delivery company and not expect me to hang on listening to musak on hold to a call centre. When did customer service come to mean the customer serving the company?
At opening of morning trading I got a call to say tha my original online order (made late at night) couldn't be fulfilled. I was offered a substitute (slightly more expensive) product for the same cost. Whole delivery received next am. Good products, fair prices.
