Easy way to pay on line
Whilst the service makes it easy to pay online I am disappointed by the dispute service.
The charges are also a bit on the high side.
Tend to keep on using as it is simple to pay.

Brilliant for long distance postal service
Have used them for long distance ( Beruit ) parcels and couldn't beat the prices offered. Using the online service is easy.

Brilliant phones
Had an HTC desire which I have been well pleased with, only let down by minimal internal memory . Am getting a One V which should solve the problem.

Good delivery service
Brilliant service if you get a regular driver who leaves packages in a safe place. Let down by some drivers returning the item to the "local" depot. I don't think 20+ miles is local.

Great prices & range
Most items are cheaper than other sites. Postage on most items is free but a shame that some of the low priced items are not post free.

Giving an ever better & varied service
All the things I need from Google seem to be appearing as and when needed. The only downside has been contacts & bookmarks which could do with an overhaul to improve usability but other than this all is good.
