On Feb. 26th 2010 I ordered and,by credit card, paid for a Sanyo PLV Z700 projector which was listed on B4U's website at £952.22. It was shown as being in stock and to be delivered within 3-5 days. On Monday 3rd of March I e-mailed the company to enquire about delivery. I quickly received an e-mail informing me that there would be "a slight delay" of "10 days" in delivery and was asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund. I replied that I would wait. Incidentally, their website still showed the projector as being in stock but at a much increased price of £115. On March 4th I received a telephone call from B4U informing me that they had made an error and that they had no PLV Z700 projectors nor could they obtain any, they were now a discontinued item by Sanyo. I pointed out that their website still showed the item for sale and "in stock". The sales manager informed me that this was an error and that the website would be corrected that day. Furthermore, I would receive a refund in 3-5 days. Today, Monday 8th March, B4U's website is still showing the PLV Z700 as being for sale and "in stock" but at an even higher price of £1,121.57. It would appear to me that B4U is offering for sale an item it neither has nor can it obtain but will continue to take customers money. To me this seems deeply dishonest.
