Worst online retailer I've ever used.

Basically they took my money for a product they didn't have. They refused to give my money back. I raised a case in the small claims court by using www.moneyclaim.gov.uk which was simple enough and a good learning experience. I had to pay about £125 in fees to raise the case, to issue judgement and then pay for a warrant for bailiffs to recover the money. However in the end I did get all my money back including the court fees. More than that though, I was content because I taught the thieves a lesson. Please take my advice, if you have similar trouble, take them to court, pay the fees; you will get all your money back!

The Outdoor Shop Ltd

One of the best online outdoor shops

I don't know how they do it but The Outdoor Shop Ltd. seem to have the lowest prices on a huge amount of outdoor items. Secondly their web site is simple and effective, showing accurate stock levels. Also their delivery speeds are second to none; I've ordered things in the past by their standard delivery and have received them next day.

Basically I've ordered loads from them because you really can't fault them!
