My response to a Toolbox e-mail:' I understand from your email that Toolbox takes no responsibility for this mis-selling. The product display page fails to highlight that Toolbox is not the seller/supplier and therefore takes no responsibility if the product fails to meet the advertised criteria. May I recommend that Toolbox highlights these facts so a consumer can make an informed choice whether to purchase the product or not.
