Don't trust the 'interest-free' loans PCWorld offers
I was persuaded to take out an interest-loan thinking that I could pay it off before interest became due, but the loan company began to take payments before sending me their statement. Now I have to pay off nearly 30% more than the price of the goods I bought. This makes PCWorld the most expensive shop I could possibly have gone to. The staff are clearly more interested in selling you the finance than giving a good service.
I will not be shopping in PCWorld again. Any other shop would be cheaper.

Promised a good service but did not deliver
I was persuaded to change from my provider to TalkTalk by a deal on the price. Once I had signed up I found that the internet was unavailable more often than not. Useless for the children's homework. Then I had to pay to get out of the contract to go another company to get a good service. I wish I had not listened to TalkTalk and I will not be listening to them again.
