waited a week for a parcel, each time yodel said no one in and card left. I had waited in all week and no cards. i asked for them to get the driver to call for directions which they refused and said they had tried to deliver and no one was in, they would not accept they had been going to the wrong address. Expecting another parcel today and rang customer service, they would not take my number and just accepted it would probably be another failed delivery. Very poor company
