I had problems with N power and British gas in the past , even getting some young patronising people on the phone from these companies speaking to me awful .
I have been with UW about 2 and half years now , regrettable I have not used the cashback card to save me more money .
They seem a lot cheaper than the last companies I used and I love the one bill.
and no contract !!! I love that . Been trying to get out of my contract at work with EDF and it will cost a fortune to get out.
so I am happy with them.

10 years with this company and this is how they treat you.
Kept restricted my phone even thou I paid the bills and then kept telling me , the money had got lost in the system , It kept happening and happening . Never saw any goodwill credit even thou they offered me it.
Even the direct debit payment was paying some one else's account.
Then times after they said I will be immediately turned back on , I wasn't and would have to go through the process all over again.
