I bought 2 electrical items marked 50% off but only one got the reduction at the till. A Captain took over and transferred our purchases to the Customer Service till which minimised inconveniencing customers behind me. However, the girl at Customer Service checked and said that the Morphy Richards Fryer Professional 3L 45082 had come off sale today and "you'll have to pay full price". I replied that I don't have to pay that as I'd rather go I felt deceived. No apology was offered and she didn't want to discuss the fact that it was surrounded by 50% off stickers but not actually on the box and walked off. I don't think they are obliged to sell it at any price but they could invest the extra money on Customer Service training.

Went like clockwork.

The complete process was perfect - just as you would hope for even if you were very fussy.
Emails and texts updating the order and delivery progress were very welcome and the flowers were described as beautiful by the recipient!


Excellent value and service.

Bought a Miele small fridge. Best price we could find on the internet, no delivery charge, very quick delivery after they made an extra effort to accommodate us.
Would certainly recommend.
They should respond to the bad reviews they had as they might have put us off.
