I am a student who bought a £150 jacket in December last year. I have always paid more than the minimum monthly amount to the extent that I have cleared £120 of the balance in 4 months which is more than 8 months ahead of their schedule for repayments.

However, the finances of a student do not always appear in time for all expenses. So when one monthly payment was misses they sent a threatening debt collection letter. They had no appreciation that I had cleared almost all of my balance ahead of their schedule. It is for this reason I would say if you buy from them, don't use their credit options. God forbid if you miss one they will cause you more misery than you deserve.
