I was quoted £70 for a faulty HTC one. The phone was clearly damaged and did not switch on. I was then offered £15 after review.
Although this might seem like a reasonable price for a faulty phone, the value of a damaged HTC One is far greater than £15. I proceeded to send the phone to Mazuma who offered and paid the full £70 after inspection.
The phone will be disassembled and used to repair other phones for reconditioning and resale.
I do not recommend Envirofone. I feel like they were knowingly trying to hugely undervalue the phone and the more recent reviews from this site confirms that .
