I'm still waiting for my Xmas order placed on 6 December - i've no idea where it is as there is no information on the tracking service after 14 December. With other carriers you can track across Europe. I agree with the feedback that said Parcelforce is damaging your business. You will say the problem is the volume of Christmas traffic, but this is my second order - the first was equally slow, with my parcel sitting in 'Bristol hub' for six days that time. At least the cost of delivery has halved, which makes buying from you more practical. I'm reasonably relaxed about delivery times. but this is too long. All other carriers are delivering without problems, some (DHL) are stunningly fast - order to receipt under 24 hours. I am concerned that the greater the transit time, the greater the chance of damage to goods.
Otherwise, everything is fine! (As long as my parcel ever arrives)
I found this site by chance, and discovered that I could get (bras in my case) that I knew companies had made in the past, but which I could no longer find. Mostly I wanted simple, smooth, comfortable cotton-rich bras (I live in a very hot climate). This site is down-to-earth, easy to use and trouble free. I recommend it.
