Hotelsclick

Booking but no booking

I booked a hotel in Milan through hotelsclick.com and when I arrived later that day, the hotel told me no booking had been made, and they do not deal with hotelsclick.com

So beware of them!

Hotelsclick always sends the reservation at the exact moment a client books his hotel online. When problems arise at the hotel we rely on the management of the hotel, it is always suggested to contact our call center immediately, while at the hotel to solve the problem.
