I came across bed world and saw that their delivery was next day which i thought was great! me and my boyfriend found the bed we wanted and order late on a Thursday night so we expected the bed to be delivered Monday morning. I then decided to research the company (which was a bit silly after i had already ordered it) and came across this website and began to panic after i read all the reviews. As i expected Monday came and no bed was delivered. I then rang the company and got through TO A VERY HELPFUL LADY who took details off me and then put me through to bedworld's delivery department that is a separate company. All my info was incorrect and the address was incorrect, they also said that the parts were not there to deliver the bed which annoyed me a bit because the didn't inform me. They said the bed frame would be delivered the next day. I then received a call the next day saying the delivery guy tried to deliver my bed frame and it sent back by the customer. I later found out that bed frame had been delivered to the wrong address twice!! and my details had not been changed from the Monday when i called. It took a week for my bed frame to arrive which to be honest isn't that bad.
I think that bed world as i company is OK. their communication with delivery is obviously lacked which must make their jobs very stressful. I also think they shouldn't say they can do next day delivery because quite clearly they cant.
I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY BED FRAME AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BED WORLD.
If anyone else buys from this company before reading the reviews don't panic too much. Keep calling them, don't shout at them, i was very calm and friendly and i got the same response back, they will help you out.
