I've been using them for years on and off and I've never had anything to complain about. I tend to shop around for cat food prices as I have to buy special vet diet stuff for one cat which is expensive and these are usually cheapest on Hills, although I have found cheaper elsewhere on Royal Canin. I alternate the two so cat doesn't get bored.
I have to get my cat litter elsewhere, shame they're not that good on the clumping sand like cat litter or I could get everything from the same website, hence only 4 stars.
I actually stopped buying cat litter from zooplus because they used Parcelforce.
The Parcelforce driver used to ask my neighbour to carry the parcels from the van because they were heavy! My neighbour is a pensioner.
The final straw was when they delivered to a local post office instead of to me - if I wanted to pick it up I wouldn't have shopped on the internet in the first place.
Trying to contact anyone there is a complete nightmare. And if you do manage to speak to a person they aren't interested, they just want to get rid of you. Their Customer Disservice department is just that.
I buy their cleanser and eyebright regularly, either direct or from QVC. Their cleanser is brilliant on any age/skin type and eyebright is great for soothing allergy eyes and make up removal.
Items are delivered promptly and nicely wrapped in tissue paper.
This is my 2nd pair of Varifocals from Glasses Direct so you can tell I am impressed with both their pricing and service.
One point - they don't do repairs. The dog chewed my last varifocal frame and the frames were no longer in stock so I couldn't just buy new frames for my current lens. I actually had an identical frame that I used as sunglasses but they wouldn't transfer the lens into those frames either.
So, for buying new items, great. For repairs, not great.
